Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în particular la un procedeu de cultivare a ciupercii Pleurotus ostreatus (JACQ.:FR) KUMM. - producător de carpofori, şi poate fi aplicată în cultivarea ciupercilor.Procedeul propus include prepararea substratului nutritiv din masa vegetală de porumb, inocularea lui cu cultura ciupercii, incubarea şi creşterea. Totodatăîn calitate de masă vegetală se utilizează tulpini de porumb care se supun fermentării acidolactice prin însilozare în tranşee, iar înainte de inoculare substratul se scoate din tranşee şi se lasă în vrac în decurs de 2...3 zile, după care la el se adaugă 5...6% de sulfat de calciu şi incubarea substratului se efectuează la temperatura de 19…25°C, iar creşterea se efectuează la temperatura de 12…16°C, umiditatea de 80…90% şi iluminarea de 50…100 lucşi timp de 12 ore/zi.
