Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere dintr-o bucata monolita de polimer a formelor adiacente pentru amplasarea obiectelor avand forma unor figuri de rotatie complexa si poate fi utilizata la producerea ambalajului pentru protectia obiectelor fragile la depozitarea si transportarea lor. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include utilizarea unui instrument taietor rigid, care repeta semiconturul obiectului respectiv si este executat dintr-o banda de material refractar, incalzit cu curentul electric care trece prin el. Totodata, instrumentulse fixeaza pe semifabricatul din polimer, dimensiunile caruia depasesc raza maxima de rotatie a obiectului cu cel putin 10%, suprapunand axa lui de rotatie cu zona centrala a suprafetei plane a semifabricatului, apoi instrumentul taietor incalzit seroteste in jurul axei de rotatie la 180°, dupa care se inlatura partea interioara taiata.The invention relates to a process for obtaining from a monolithic piece of polymer the adjacent shapes for placing objects having the shape of complex rotating figures and can be used to produce the packaging for the protection of fragile objects when storing and transporting them. The process, according to the invention, includes the use of a rigid cutting tool, which repeats the semiconductor of the respective object and is executed from a band of refractory material, heated with the electric current passing through it. At the same time, the instrument fixes on the polymer blank, the dimensions of which exceed the maximum radius of rotation of the object by at least 10%, overlapping its axis of rotation with the central area of the flat surface of the blank, then the heated cutting tool blinks around the axis of rotation at 180 °, after which the inner part is cut off.
