Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere dintr-o bucata monolita de polimer a formelor adiacente pentru amplasarea obiectelor avand forma unor figuri de rotatie complexa si poate fi utilizata la producerea ambalajului pentru protectia obiectelor fragile la depozitarea si transportarea lor. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include utilizarea unui instrument taietor rigid, care repeta semiconturul obiectului respectiv si este executat dintr-o banda de material refractar, incalzit cu curentul electric care trece prin el. Totodata, instrumentulse fixeaza pe semifabricatul din polimer, dimensiunile caruia depasesc raza maxima de rotatie a obiectului cu cel putin 10%, suprapunand axa lui de rotatie cu zona centrala a suprafetei plane a semifabricatului, apoi instrumentul taietor incalzit seroteste in jurul axei de rotatie la 180°, dupa care se inlatura partea interioara taiata.
