Abstract

Inventia se refera la aparatele pentru obtinereaelectrolitica a hidrogenului, care poate fi utilizat in calitate de combustibil secundar sau alternativ pentru motoarele cu ardere interna ale transportului automobilistic. Inventia de asemenea poate fi utilizata in industriile chimica si petroliera. Electrolizorul pentru obtinerea electrolitica ahidrogenului include un corp (1), in interiorul caruia sunt instalati doi catozi (8), executati din material fibrocarbonic poros, fixati de niste placi-suport conductoare de curent (10) si doi anozi (16), doua diafragme (12), care separa compartimentul catodic (13) de cel anodic (15). Deasupra compartimentelor electrodice sunt amplasate capace in forma de cupola (2, 3, 4) cu racorduri de evacuare a hidrogenului (5) si oxigenului (6, 7). In compartimentele anodic si catodic sunt instalate racorduri de evacuare (14, 18) a electrolitului, unitein partea inferioara cu o capacitate (19), care comunica printr-o conducta de refulare (30) cu pompa de circulatie (31) cu o conducta de admisiune (29) unita prin niste racorduri (26, 27, 28) cu compartimentele electrodice. Totodata, capacitatea (19) comunica cu o conducta de alimentare (20), dotata cu un indicator de nivel (21), care comunica cu o capacitate de alimentare (23) cu capac ermetic, unita cu o conducta de dozare (24) cu supapa, capatul inferior al careia se afla la acelasi nivel culimita de sus a indicatorului de nivel (21).The invention relates to apparatus for obtaining electrolytic hydrogen, which can be used as a secondary or alternative fuel for internal combustion engines of automobile transport. The invention can also be used in the chemical and oil industries. The electrolyzer for the electrolytic obtaining of hydrogen includes a body (1), inside which are installed two cathodes (8), made of porous fibrocarbon material, fixed to some current-conducting support plates (10) and two anodes (16), two diaphragms (12), which separates the cathodic compartment (13) from the anodic one (15). Above the electrode compartments are located dome-shaped lids (2, 3, 4) with hydrogen (5) and oxygen (6, 7) exhaust connections. In the anodic and cathodic compartments are installed discharge connections (14, 18) of the electrolyte, joined at the bottom with a capacity (19), which communicates through a discharge pipe (30) with the circulation pump (31) with a pipe inlet (29) connected by some connections (26, 27, 28) with the electrode compartments. At the same time, the capacity (19) communicates with a supply pipe (20), equipped with a level indicator (21), which communicates with a supply capacity (23) with an airtight lid, joined by a dosing pipe (24) with valve, the lower end of which is at the same level as the top of the level indicator (21).
