Abstract
Inventia se refera la biotehnologie, in special la cultivarea submersa a tulpinii de drojdie Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-03 si poate fi utilizata inindustria microbiologica pentru obtinerea pigmentilor carotinoidici. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include cresterea culturii de drojdie pe malt-agar, tratarea culturii de drojdie cu unde milimetrice de intensitate joasa cu Lambda=5,6 mm emisein regim periodic timp de 15…20 min, pregatirea suspensiei de spori prin spalarea culturii de drojdie cu apa distilata, pregatirea inoculului prin cultivarea suspensiei de spori pe must de beretimp de 72 de ore si introducerea inoculului in cantitatea de 5% vol. in mediul nutritiv care contine, g/L: KH2PO4 – 1,0; NaCl – 0,5; MgSO4 . 7H2O – 0,5; CaCl2 – 1,0; Fe2SO4 . 7 H2O – 0,00003; glicerina – 40,0; melasa – 20,0; ulei de porumb - 1,0; apa potabila pana la 1 L si cultivarea submersa in conditii de agitare continua, iluminare de 12…15 mii erg/cm2, temperatura de 25…27°C, timp de 96 ore. Rezultatul consta in sporirea continutului de pigmenti carotinoidici si in micsorarea duratei de cultivare.
