Abstract

Изобретение относится к вакуумным реакторам и может быть использовано для получения различных соединений и твердых растворов Мg в виде моно- и поликристаллических пленок и покрытий, которые могут применяться в различных областях науки, техники, металлургии.Устройство для получения диборида магния включает кварцевую трубку (1), запаянную с одного конца, внутри которой расположен контейнер (2) из Nb, в котором расположены подложка (5) с плёнкой или покрытием из бора и гранулы или порошок магния (4), и нагреватель (6). Контейнер выполнен в виде цилиндра с боковым коническим отверстием и оснащен сферическим вентилем из Nb для механического закрытия бокового конического отверстия. Вентиль подсоединен к одному концу стержня (3), охлаждаемого водой.
