Abstract
Invenţia se referă la reactoarele cu vid şi poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea unor diverşi compuşi şi a unor soluţii solide de Mg în formă de pelicule şi acoperiri mono- şi policristaline, care pot fi utilizate în diverse domenii ale ştiinţei, tehnicii şi metalurgiei.Dispozitivul pentru obţinerea diborurii de magneziu include un tub de cuarţ (1) sudat la un capăt, în interiorul căruia este plasat un container (2) din Nb, în care sunt amplasate un suport (5) cu o peliculă sau o acoperire din bor şi granule sau praf de magneziu (4), şi un încălzitor (6). Containerul este executat în formă de cilindru cu orificiu lateral conic şi este dotat cu un ventil sferic din Nb pentru închiderea mecanică a orificiului lateral conic. Ventilul este unit de un capăt al unei tije (3) răcite cu apă.
