Abstract
The invention relates to the vacuum reactors and may be used for obtaining different compounds and Mg solid solutions in the form of mono- and polycrystalline films and coats, which can be used in diverse fields of science, technique and metallurgy.The device for magnesium diboride obtaining includes a quartz tube (1), welded at one end, inside of which it is placed a container (2) of Nb, wherein there are placed a support (5) with a film or a coat of boron and magnesium granules or powder (4), and a heater (6). The container is made in the form of cylinder with a conic lateral opening and is equipped with a spherical valve of Nb for mechanical closing of the conic lateral opening. The valve is connected to one end of a rod (3) cooled with water.
