Abstract

Inventia se refera la reactoarele cu vid si poatefi utilizata pentru obtinerea unor diversi compusi si a unor solutii solide de Mg in forma de pelicule si acoperiri mono- si policristaline, care potfi utilizate in diverse domenii ale stiintei, tehnicii si metalurgiei. Dispozitivul pentru obtinerea diborurii de magneziu include un tub de cuart (1) sudat la un capat, in interiorul caruia este plasat un container (2) din Nb, in care sunt amplasate un suport (5) cu o pelicula sau o acoperire din bor si granule sau praf de magneziu (4), si un incalzitor (6). Containerul este executat in forma decilindru cu orificiu lateral conic si este dotat cu un ventil sferic din Nb pentru inchiderea mecanica a orificiului lateral conic. Ventilul este unit de un capat al unei tije (3) racite cu apa.
