Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la bolile infectioase si poate fi utilizata pentru diagnosticul hepatitei virale B. Metoda de diagnostic al hepatitei virale B la copii de pana la un an consta in colectarea a cate 5 ml de sange de la mama si copil, determinarea la copil a prezentei marcherilor anti-HBcor sum, AgHBs, anti-HBcor IgM si la mama anti-HBcor sum si in cazul, in care la copil se determina marcherul anti-HBcor sum si nu se determina AgHBs si anti-HBcor IgM, iar la mama se determina anti-HBcor sum - se diagnosticheaza ca copilul nu este infectat cu virusul hepatitei B, iar in caz, ca la copil se determina marcherul anti-HBcor sum si nu se determina AgHBs si anti-HBcor IgM, iar la mama nu se determina anti-HBcor sum - la copil se diagnosticheaza hepatita virala B. Revendicari: 1The invention relates to medicine, in particular to infectious diseases and can be used for the diagnosis of viral hepatitis B. The diagnostic method for viral hepatitis B in children up to one year old consists of collecting 5 ml of blood from mother and child, determining in the child the presence of anti-HBcor sum markers, AgHBs, anti-HBcor IgM and in the mother anti-HBcor sum, and in case, in the child the anti-HBcor sum marker is determined and AgHBs and anti-HBcor IgM are not determined, and the mother determines anti-HBcor sum - it is diagnosed that the child is not infected with the hepatitis B virus, and in the case, that in the child the anti-HBcor sum marker is determined and AgHBs and anti-HBcor IgM are not determined, and in the mother no anti-HBcor sum is determined - viral hepatitis B is diagnosed in the child.
