Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to hepatology and can be used to determine the degree of activity of chronic viral hepatitis C.Summary of the invention consists in that it is determined the level of alanine aminotranspherase and copper in blood, then it is determined the ratio between the level of copper to the level of alanine aminotranspherase and if the ratio is 0.47...0.55 it is determined a slight degree of activity, if the ratio is 0.34...0.46 it is determined an average degree of activity, and if the ratio is 0.13...0.17 it is determined a high degree of activity of chronic viral hepatitis C.
