Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de modificare a cărbunelui activ, care poate fi folosit în calitate de adsorbant selectiv pentru purificarea apei de amoniac şi de ioni de amoniu.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include oxidarea cărbunelui activ, obţinut din coji de nucă cu peroxid de hidrogen de 30% timp de 72 ore la temperatura camerei, sau acid azotic concentrat timp de 8…10 ore la temperatura de 95…105ºC, sau ozon în apă demineralizată timp de 1 oră la temperatura camerei, tratarea cu o soluţie de bază alcalină de 1…2% până la eliminarea completă a acizilor humici, neutralizarea cu acid clorhidric de 0,1 N, spălarea cu apă demineralizată, uscarea la temperatura de 100…105º până la masă constantă, impregnarea timp de 60…80 ore cu ioni de cobalt(II), sau cupru(II),sau nichel(II), sau argint(I) din soluţiile nitraţilor corespunzători, luaţi în cantitate de 350…450 mg/L, urmată de spălarea cu apă demineralizată şi uscarea la 100…105ºC până la masă constantă.
