Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά ένα νέο υλικό "ΜΠΕ.ΧΟ.ΜΕΚΑ" (BEPHOS) (5) το οποίο παρασκευάζεται από φυσικές πρώτες ύλες: μπεντονίτη (1), ιόντα Fe3+ και Cu2+ (2) και χουμικό οξύ (3). Όλα τα συστατικά είναι ενσωματωμένα σε μία ενιαία στερεά δομή η οποία έχει τη μορφή σκόνης. Η σκόνη είναι διαλυτή σε νερό σε ρΗ 3-10. Το υλικό έχει ικανότητα εκλεκτικής δέσμευσης φωσφορικών και αμμωνιακών ιόντων διαλυμένα σε φυσικά νερά. Η απόδοση υλικού ΜΠΕ.ΧΟ.ΜΕΚΑ στην δέσμευση φωσφορικών του είναι 180 τοις εκατό καλύτερη από το εμπορικό Phoslock και 1600 τοις εκατό καλύτερη από την ικανότητα του καθαρού μπεντονίτη. Επιπρόσθετα το υλικό ΜΠΕ.ΧΟ.ΜΕΚΑ (5) παρουσιάζει ικανότητα προσρόφησης αμμωνιακών που ανέρχεται σε ποσοστό περίπου 75 τοις εκατό σε υδατικά διαλύματα με ρΗ 5-7. Η ικανότητα του φυσικού μπεντονίτη και του εμπορικού προϊόντος Phoslock στην προσρόφηση αμμωνιακών ιόντων παρουσιάζεται σχεδόν μηδενική.
