The invention refers to the production of alcoholic drinks, namely to a composition of liqueur bitters.The composition, according to the invention, comprises for 1000 dal of blending, in L: hydroalcoholic tinctures of red pepper 80…100, black pepper 25…35, brandy mint 15…20, perennial savory 25…30, Jamaica pepper 30…40, hydroalcoholic solution of bee honey (1:5) 80…100, caramel 5…8, ethyl alcohol and softened water the rest, up to the strength of 40,0±0,2 vol.%.The result consists in expanding the assortment of natural liqueurs of local raw material with increased organoleptic, nutritive and curative properties.
