Abstract

The invention relates to the field of radio electronics, in particular to the electrical measuring equipment and may be used in the production of RC-type structures with distributed constants, namely to processes permitting to manufacture phase-shifting devices and elements for frequency selecting circuits of great precision for unlimitedly great time constant structures.Summary of the invention consists in that it is continuously measured the phase shift between the short circuit current vector at the end of the structure, when the current-conducting coat of the coaxial cable on its contour is galvanically joined with the end of its core, and the conductor input current vector, applied into the winding of the manufactured article. When the shift attains the value of 180°, the manufacturing process is stopped.
