Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la un procedeu de obţinere a uleiului de floarea-soarelui cu valoare biologică sporită.Procedeul de obţinere a uleiului de floarea-soarelui cu valoare biologică sporită include amestecarea uleiului de floarea-soarelui dublu rafinat şi dezodorizat cu pulbere fină de iod în raport de 0,5 g de iod la 1 L de ulei timp de 5…7 zile la temperatura de 18…20°C în absenţa luminii, filtrarea şi adăugarea uleiului de floarea-soarelui dublu rafinat şi dezodorizat până la conţinutul de iod în produsul finit de 1...10 mg/L. Apoi în uleiul obţinut se introduc adaosuri aromatice: extract de mărar şi/sau pătrunjel, şi/sau cimbru, care se obţin prin extracţia plantelor uscate şi mărunţite cu ulei de floarea-soarelui dublu rafinat şi dezodorizat în raport de 1:5 la temperatura de 18…20°C în absenţa luminii, totodată extractul obţinut se încorporează în volum de 0,5…1,0% faţă de volumul produsului finit.
