Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu combinat de tratare a sedimentului, obtinut la fermentarea anaeroba a apelor reziduale si poate fi utilizata in industriile vinicola si alimentara la tratarea si utilizarea deseurilor. Procedeul include utilizarea in calitate de coagulant a defecatului, care se formeaza la tratarea extractelor zaharoase cu var, incantitate de 50...100% de la masa sedimentului uscat, cu aducerea amestecului obtinut pana la un pH7,5…8,5, agitarea timp de 30…60 min, sedimentareatimp de 1…2 ore, cu decantarea ulterioara, apoi sedimentul se trateaza cu un floculant, si anume cusolutie de poliacrilamida de 0,2…0,5% in cantitate de 50...100 mg/dm3 prin introducerea ei treptatade 2…3 ori, in cantitate de (0,50...0,60):(0,20...0,50):(0,20...0,25) corespunzator, dupa care lichidul se elimina si sedimentul se deshidrateaza prin compresie.
