Смеситель компонентов смеси (17) связан с бункером накопителем полученной сухой смеси (19) винтовым конвейером (18).Устройство для непрерывной сушки дисперсных материалов включает горизонтально расположенный цилиндрический корпус с загрузочным и разгрузочным отверстиями, внутри которого смонтирован вращающийся рабочий орган, связанный с приводом его вращения, стенка корпуса выполнена двойной и содержит внешнюю и внутреннюю оболочки, образованная полость между которыми заполнена теплоносителем, в верхней части корпуса размещен термодатчик, во внешней оболочке выполнено отверстие для подачи теплоносителя. Новизна состоит в том, чторабочий орган выполнен в виде шнека. В качестве теплоносителя использован водяной пар. Вдоль кольцевой полости между оболочками корпуса размещены перегородки, выполненные в виде кольцевых секторов, расположенных диаметрально, лабиринтно, и прикрепленных к стенкам оболочек. В верхней части внутренней оболочки вдоль нее выполнены три проема для выпуска пара, испаряемого из обрабатываемых материалов. The novelty lies in the fact that the line additionally contains a waste drying unit located between the sifted waste storage hopper (5) and the dry mix mixing system, which includes two devices for continuous drying (6 and 9), connected by a pipe (8) and located one above the other another, each of which is equipped with a working body in the form of a screw. The sifted waste storage bin (5) is installed above the upper device (6), and a conveyor screw (10) is placed under the lower one (9), which directs the dried waste to the feed auger in the feed hopper (13) of the mixture components mixing plant. The loading hopper (13) is made sectional, one of the sections of which is connected to the auger for feeding the dried waste (11), the other to the augers for feeding at least one binder (14) and sand (15). Each of the sections is equipped with devices for dispensing components (16) located in their lower parts. A vibrating screen (12) is mounted above the hopper (13), including separate sieves located above each of the sections of the hopper (13). The mixer of the components of the mixture (17) is connected to the hopper by a drive of the obtained dry mixture (19) by a screw conveyor (18). The device for continuous drying of dispersed materials includes a horizontally arranged cylindrical body with loading and unloading openings, inside which a rotating working body is mounted, connected with its drive rotation, the wall of the casing is double and contains an outer and inner shell, the cavity formed between which is filled with coolant, a thermal sensor is placed in the upper part of the casing Chik, in the outer shell a hole is made for the supply of coolant.
