Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la traumatologie si ortopedie si este destinata pentru reendoprotezarea soldului. Metoda revendicata consta in aceea ca preliminar se preleva o autogrefa din aripa osului iliac care se faramiteaza, se eliminaendoproteza deteriorata a soldului si tesuturile neviabile, granulatiile si cicatricele din regiunea cotilului si a portiunii proximale a osului femural. Se modeleaza fetele laterala, superioara si mediala ale marginii cotilului, se instaleaza o alogrefa osoasa corticala, incepand de la varful defectului cotilului pana la ramura superioara a pubisului si a doua alogrefa osoasa corticala, incepandde la varful defectului cotilului pana la corpul ischionului si se fixeaza acestea. Apoi alogrefeleosoase instalate se modeleaza dupa componentul acetabular al endoprotezei soldului, regiunea cotilului se umple cu autogrefa faramitata si se taseaza, dupa care se instaleaza componentele acetabularsi femural ale endoprotezei noi.
