Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la traumatologie şi ortopedie, şi poate fi utilizată în cazul defectelor masive în regiunea acetabulară.Metoda de reendoprotezare a articulaţiei şoldului cu proteză cimentată constă în aceea că se înlătură endoproteza instabilă a articulaţiei şoldului şi ţesuturile neviabile, granulaţiile şi masele sclerozate din regiunea acetabulară şi partea proximală a femurului. Se împrospătează şi se modelează suprafeţele pereţilor cavităţii cotiloide, se reconstruieşte cavitatea cotiloidă cu ajutorul alotransplantelor osoase corticale, totodată un alotransplant se plasează de la vârful defectului cavităţii cotiloide până la coloana anterioară a ei, al doilea de la vârful defectului cavităţii cotiloide până la coloana posterioară a ei, iar între ele se plasează al treilea alotransplant şi se fixează. Apoi alotransplantele osoase instalate se modelează după componenta acetabulară a endoprotezei articulaţiei şoldului, iar între ele se plasează alotransplante mici. În cavitatea cotiloidă reconstruită se fixează un inel de ranfort, se efectuează fixarea cu ciment a unei cupe din polietilenă şi asamblarea componentelor noii endoproteze.
