Brandy, conform inventiei, contine distilat de vin invechit cel putin 6 luni, distilat de vin, rezultat la distilarea vinului materie prima obtinut prin fermentarea unui amestec de suc de difuzie si musturile fractiilor II si III de presa in raport de 1: (1...2) respectiv, invechit cel putin 6 luni, extract de ghinda, sirop de zahar, caramel, alcool etilic rafinat si apa dedurizata, avand urmatorul raport al componentelor, dal, pentru 1000 dal de cupaj:distilat de vin invechit cel putin 6 luni 200...220distilat de vin, rezultat la distilarea vinului materie prima obtinutprin fermentarea unui amestec de suc de difuzie si musturile fractiilor II si III de presa, invechit cel putin 6 luni 140...160extract de ghinda 15...20sirop de zahar 8...12caramel, kg 2...4alcool etilic rafinat si apa dedurizata restul, pana la taria de 40,0±0,3% vol. The invention relates to the wine industry, especially to a brandy.
