Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la stomatologia chirurgicală şi este utilizată pentru efectuarea sinus-lifting-ului la implantarea endoosoasă dentală.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează un orificiu de perforaţie în peretele anterolateral al sinusului maxilar, se ridică mucoasa fundului sinusului maxilar, se formează în creasta apofizei alveolare din partea apexului lui un canal penetrant cu ieşirea în sinusul maxilar şi patul osos al implantului dental. Pereţii sinusului maxilar se acoperă cu lame ale materialului osos impregnat cu adeziv fibrinos autogen, se introduce un transplant osos în cavitatea nou creată astfel încât el constituie peretele noului fund osos al sinusului maxilar. Partea rămasă a cavităţii se umple cu material osos amestecat cu extract uscat din biomasa de Spirulina platensis şi cu plasmă bogată în trombocite, în următorul raport al componentelor, % mas.: material osos 98,5...99,8, plasmă bogată în trombocite 0,01...0,50, extract din biomasa de Spirulina platensis 0,1…1,0, se introduce în canalul obţinut partea intraosoasă a implantului, se închide orificiul din peretele anterolateral al sinusului maxilar cu un transplant osos.
