Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la stomatologia chirurgicala si este utilizata pentru efectuarea sinus-lifting-ului la implantarea endoosoasa dentala. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza un orificiu de perforatie in peretele anterolateral al sinusului maxilar, se ridica mucoasa fundului sinusului maxilar, se formeaza in creasta apofizei alveolare din partea apexului lui un canal penetrant cu iesirea in sinusul maxilar si patul osos al implantului dental. Peretii sinusului maxilar se acopera cu lame ale materialului osos impregnat cu adeziv fibrinos autogen, se introduce un transplant osos in cavitatea nou creata astfel incat el constituie peretele noului fund osos al sinusului maxilar. Partea ramasa a cavitatii se umple cu material osos amestecat cu extract uscat din biomasa de Spirulina platensis si cu plasma bogata in trombocite, in urmatorul raport al componentelor, % mas.: material osos 98,5...99,8, plasma bogata in trombocite 0,01...0,50, extract din biomasa de Spirulina platensis 0,1...1,0, se introduce in canalul obtinut partea intraosoasa a implantului, se inchide orificiul din peretele anterolateral al sinusului maxilar cu un transplant osos.
