Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, în special la un procedeu de obţinere a vinurilor materie primă pentru distilate de vin.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include administrarea în mustuială sau în mustuială şi în must a dihidroxifumaratului acid de sodiu în doză totală de 50…200 mg/dm3, limpezirea mustului la temperatura de 10…12ºC timp de 12…18 ore, fermentarea mustului la temperatura de 14…18ºC şi păstrarea vinurilor materie primă la temperatura de 14…20ºC în decurs de 2…3 luni, totodată administrarea dihidroxifumaratului acid de sodiu în must se efectuează la etapa de limpezire a acestuia.
