Abstract
Inventia se refera la tratamentul termochimic al pieselor din otel si poate fi folosita in industria constructiilor de masini si in constructia de aparate pentru marirea rezistentei la coroziune a pieselor masinilor, sculelor si utilajului tehnologic. Procedeul de prelucrare a pieselor din otel pentru obtinerea stratului superficial anticorosiv include tratamentul termochimic, care consta in incalzirea anodica a piesei intr-un electrolit, ce contine compusi azotici, si racirea ei pana la temperatura mediului ambiant. Incalzirea anodica a piesei in electrolit se efectueaza pana la temperatura de 720 ... 750°C cu mentinerea ei la aceasta temperatura timp de 3 ... 7 min, iar racirea piesei se efectuiaza prin cufundarea ei in solutia apoasa a nitritului de sodiu cu concentratia de 10 ... 30 g/l.
