技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械设备除锈剂。
背景技术
用钢铁制成的锅炉及管道设备等,在长期与水接触并受热的情况下,表面会形成水垢。水垢的存在会严重影响锅炉的传热效率,管道的输水系统也会由于内部结垢降低输水效率,严重时会造成锅炉、管道爆炸,因此使用一段时间就要对他们进行清洗。
此种水垢是钙、镁、铝、二氧化硅及铁锈等水中不纯物质及离子状态溶解物质或悬浮物质等受酸碱度、温度、流速、浓度、溶解气体等环境变化而结晶析出并坚硬地以附着在管道等传输装置内壁上的物质。对它们的清除,人们现在往往采用各种强酸或强碱配制的混合物清洗剂,清洗完后,还要在进行磷化处理,工序多,耗时费力。这类物质不但会腐蚀皮肤,损伤衣物,并放出使人难以忍受的、具有强烈刺激性的气味,危害人体健康,使用十分不安全,给操作人员带来极大不便,严重污染了环境,而且对锅炉、管道本身造成了严重腐蚀,致使它们的再利用率降低。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可在常温下使用的无毒、强度高、附着力好的防蚀除锈剂及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种机械设备除锈剂,包括如下组份,均为重量百分比:
氨基磺酸40-65%、硫酸1%、氟化氢氨0-5%、磷酸20-35%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5-2.0%、次磷酸钙0.05-0.5%、六次甲基四胺0.5-2%、铜盐0-0.2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-15%、椰子酰单乙醇胺0-0.4%异噻唑啉酮0-0.3%、铬酐15%;
除锈步骤如下:将要处理的管道设备在常温下用本发明防蚀除锈剂重量百分比5.0-8.0%溶液进行喷淋或浸泡,时间30-50分钟,即可完成管道设备的脱脂、除锈和磷化;
小工件可以直接浸泡在本发明防蚀除锈剂重量百分比5.0-8.0%溶液中,20-30分钟后取出用清水冲洗干净即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单,对机械设备的形状、表面光泽、精密度无任何影响,除锈效果好。

除锈步骤如下:将要处理的管道设备在常温下用本发明防蚀除锈剂重量百分比5.0-8.0%溶液进行喷淋或浸泡,时间30-50分钟,即可完成管道设备的脱脂、除锈和磷化;
小工件可以直接浸泡在本发明防蚀除锈剂重量百分比5.0-8.0%溶液中,20-30分钟后取出用清水冲洗干净即可。

1.一种机械设备除锈剂,其特征在于,包括如下组份,均为重量百分比:
氨基磺酸40-65%、硫酸1%、氟化氢氨0-5%、磷酸20-35%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5-2.0%、次磷酸钙0.05-0.5%、六次甲基四胺0.5-2%、铜盐0-0.2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-15%、椰子酰单乙醇胺0-0.4%异噻唑啉酮0-0.3%、铬酐15%;
除锈步骤如下:将要处理的管道设备在常温下用本发明防蚀除锈剂重量百分比5.0-8.0%溶液进行喷淋或浸泡,时间30-50分钟,即可完成管道设备的脱脂、除锈和磷化;
小工件可以直接浸泡在本发明防蚀除锈剂重量百分比5.0-8.0%溶液中,20-30分钟后取出用清水冲洗干净即可。
