Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物质锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂,其中,所述锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠13~18份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚11~23份;氨基磺酸5~8份;二丙二醇乙醚3~10份;二亚乙基三胺16~28份;丙酮23~30份;以及乙醇25~42份。本发明具有以下有益效果:不仅组成简单,清洗效果好,而且可以有效地除去锅炉受热面或内壁的污染物,从而提高锅炉的热效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,特别地,涉及一种生物质锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂。
背景技术
新安装的锅炉受热面或内壁常带有油锈等污染物,若在运行前不进行处理的话,就会部分附在内壁形成硬的附着物,导致受热面的导热系数减少,从而影响锅炉的热效率。因此,亟需寻求一种有效的锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种生物质锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂,以解决现有技术中部分附在锅炉内壁形成硬的附着物,导致受热面的导热系数减少,从而影响锅炉的热效率的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种生物质锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂,其中,所述锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠13~18份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚11~23份;
氨基磺酸5~8份;
二丙二醇乙醚3~10份;
二亚乙基三胺16~28份;
丙酮23~30份;以及
乙醇25~42份。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种生物质锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂,其中,所述锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠13~18份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚11~23份;氨基磺酸5~8份;二丙二醇乙醚3~10份;二亚乙基三胺16~28份;丙酮23~30份;以及乙醇25~42份。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种生物质锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂,其中,所述锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠13~18份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚11~23份;氨基磺酸5~8份;二丙二醇乙醚3~10份;二亚乙基三胺16~28份;丙酮23~30份;以及乙醇25~42份。
本发明具有以下有益效果:不仅组成简单,清洗效果好,而且可以有效地除去锅炉受热面或内壁的污染物,从而提高锅炉的热效率。

乙醇25~42份。

其中,所述锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠13~18份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚11~23份;氨基磺酸5~8份;二丙二醇乙醚3~10份;二亚乙基三胺16~28份;丙酮23~30份;以及乙醇25~42份。
所述锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂有利于在锅炉的内表面形成保护膜,提高锅炉内壁的耐腐蚀性。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
本发明所述锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂各组成成分相互配合,构成便于清洗顽渍污垢的清洗剂,不仅组成简单,清洗效果好,而且可以有效地除去锅炉受热面或内壁的污染物,从而提高锅炉的热效率。

烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚11~23份;
氨基磺酸5~8份;
二丙二醇乙醚3~10份;
二亚乙基三胺16~28份;
丙酮23~30份;以及
乙醇25~42份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物质锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂,其特征在于,所述锅炉内壁污染物清洗剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠13~18份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚11~23份;氨基磺酸5~8份;二丙二醇乙醚3~10份;二亚乙基三胺16~28份;丙酮23~30份;以及乙醇25~42份。
