Procedeul de prelucrare a pieselor din otel pentru obtinerea stratului superficial anticorosiv include tratamentul termochimic, care consta in incalzirea anodica a piesei intr-un electrolit, ce contine compusi azotici, si racirea ei pana la temperatura mediului ambiant. Incalzirea anodica a piesei in electrolit se efectueaza pana la temperatura de 720 ... 750°C cu mentinerea ei la aceasta temperatura timp de 3 ... 7 min, iar racirea piesei se efectuiaza prin cufundarea ei in solutia apoasa a nitritului de sodiu cu concentratia de 10 ... 30 g/l.The invention relates to the thermochemical treatment of steel parts and can be used in the machine building industry and in the construction of devices to increase the corrosion resistance of machine parts, tools and technological equipment.
