Abstract

The invention is related to the stems of microorganism - producers of biological active substances, especially at a stem of Propionibacterium freudenreichii S.S. chermanii, which might be used in microbiological industry for obtaining porphyrin. The stem might be cultivate on medium with maize extract, characteristic being the fact that produces until 30 mg/l of porphyrin.Technical effect of invention consists in the obtaining of a high level of porphyrin synthesis - until 30 m/l.The stem is stored in National Collection of Microorganism of Republic of Moldova with registration number CNM-PB-01.
