Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tulpinile de microorganisme - producătoare de substanţe biologic active, în special la o tulpină de Propionibacterium freudenreichii S.S. chermanii, care poate fi întrebuinţată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea porfirinelor.Tulpina poate fi cultivată pe mediu cu extract de porumb, caracterizându-se prin faptul că produce până la 30 mg /l de porfirine.Efectul tehnic al invenţiei constă în obţinerea unui nivel înalt de sinteză a porfirinelor - până la 30 mg /l.Tulpina este depozitată în Colecţia Naţională de Microorganisme a Republicii Moldova cu numărul de înregistrare CNM-PB-01.
