Abstract

Изобретение касается штаммов микроорганизмов - продуцентов биологически активных веществ, в частности, штамма Propionibacterium Freudenreichii s.s. chermanii, который может быть использован в микробиологической промышленности для получения порфиринов.При культивировании на среде с кукурузным экстрактом продуктивность штамма достигает 30 мг/л порфиринов.Высокий уровень синтеза порфиринов составляет технический эффект изобретения.Штамм хранится в Национальной Коллекции Микроорганизмов Республики Молдова под номером С N M - PB-01.
