Abstract
The invention is related to the alcoholic-beverage industry, especially to the composition of ingredients for balsam.Composition of ingredients contains dessert wine or generous, extract of fragrant ingredients, extract of dry fruits, extract of fresh dissepiment of dry walnut (Juglans regra), extract of fruits and berries extract of cherry's fruitstalk, extract of cacao husk, honey, dry biomass of ginseng, propolis, vanillin, essential oil, citric acid, caramel, aqueous alcohol solution, extract of spices. The suggested composition of ingredients gives the possibility to prepare a balsam with original taste and flavoured features and pronounced curative capacities.
