Abstract
Invenţia se referă la domeniul controlului nedistructiv, şi anume la un procedeu de defectoscopie ultrasonică a cordoanelor de sudură.Procedeul de defectoscopie ultrasonică a cordoanelor de sudură constă în aceea că cel puţin un traductor îmbinat înclinat 1 şi cel puţin un traductor ultrasonic de recepţie înclinat 2 se instalează pe suprafaţa piesei controlate 3 astfel încât direcţiile lor de emisie şi de recepţie se intersectează în zona de control a cordonului de sudură 4, 5. Emisia impulsurilor ultrasonice şi recepţia semnalelor de ecou se realizează de către toate traductoarele înclinate în fiecare cursă de lucru a defectoscopului. Semnalele de ecou din zona de control a cordonului, recepţionate de toate traductoarele, se selectează conform timpului de recepţie şi se înregistrează amplitudinea lor. Comparând amplitudinile semnalelor de ecou recepţionate, care corespund unui singur impuls ultrasonic în fiecare cursă de control cu nivelul sensibilităţii de rebut, stabilite separat pentru fiecare semnal de ecou, se determină prezenţa defectului, iar tipul şi orientarea lui se determină după numărul şi amplasarea traductoarelor, care au înregistrat semnalul de ecou de la defect.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea productivităţii controlului automatizat şi a veridicităţii determinării tipului şi orientării defectului depistat.
