Abstract

Invenţia se referă la chimia compuşilor naturali şi anume la un procedeu de determinare cantitativă a sclareolului în extractele, obţinute din salvia de muscat.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul include pregătirea unei plăci cromatografice cu dimensiunile 10 x 20 cm, cu un strat de oxid de aluminiu cu gradul I de activitate având grosimea de 1,8...2,0 mm, după care proba cântărită de extract se dizolvă în cloroform, se aplică pe placă la distanţa de 1,5 cm de la marginea inferioară a plăcii pe o lungime de 7,5 cm a liniei de start şi se separă prin două treceri consecutive complete ale sistemului de solvenţi nifras : cloroform : acetonă în raport corespunzător de 5 : 4 : 1, apoi oxidul de aluminiu uscat ce conţine sclareol se colectează, începând cu distanţa de 2,5 cm de la linia de start şi până la 11,5 cm de la ea, se extrage cu cloroform la 40...45ºC consecutiv cu 40, 30, 10 şi 10 ml, iar după eliminarea cloroformului reziduul obţinut se cântăreşte şi se calculează conţinutul de sclareol.
