Abstract

Inventia se refera la chimia compusilor naturali si anume la un procedeu de determinare cantitativa a sclareolului in extractele, obtinute din salvia de muscat. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca procedeul include pregatirea unei placi cromatografice cu dimensiunile 10 x 20 cm, cu un strat de oxid de aluminiu cu gradul I de activitate avand grosimea de 1,8...2,0 mm, dupa care proba cantarita de extract se dizolva in cloroform, se aplica pe placa la distanta de 1,5 cm de la marginea inferioara a placii pe o lungime de 7,5 cm a liniei de start si se separa prin doua treceri consecutive complete ale sistemului de solventi nifras : cloroform : acetona in raport corespunzator de 5 : 4 : 1, apoi oxidul de aluminiu uscat ce contine sclareol se colecteaza, incepand cu distanta de 2,5 cm de la linia de start si pana la 11,5 cm de la ea, se extrage cu cloroform la 40...45°C consecutiv cu 40, 30, 10 si 10 ml, iar dupa eliminarea cloroformului reziduul obtinut se cantareste si se calculeaza continutul de sclareol. ŕThe invention relates to the chemistry of natural compounds, namely to a process of quantitative determination of sclareol in extracts, obtained from the sage of musk.
