Abstract
Inventia se refera la cercetarea materialelor cu ajutorul mijloacelor optice, in special la metode de masurare a dimensiunilor microobiectelor. Metoda de masurare a dimensiunilor microobiectelor consta in aceea ca microobiectul se ilumineaza cu un rastru interferential cu o perioada cunoscuta, format in rezultatul interferentei fluxurilor de raze laser Â1 si Â2, apoi imaginea retelei interferentiale marita preliminar se proiecteaza pe un purtator pentru inregistrarea hologramei microobiectului, se amplaseaza microobiectul in plan focal a obiectivului microscopului pe purtatorul pentru inregistrarea hologramei, se proiecteaza imaginea marita a microobiectului cu aplicarea rastrului interferential de referinta, format de fluxurile Â1 si Â2, apoi imaginea restabilita a microobiectului se proiecteaza pe ecranul calculatorului. Dimensiunile microobiectului se determina reiesind din valorile hologramei inregistrate a rastrului interferential cu perioada cunoscuta.
