Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tulpinile de microorganisme - producătoare de substanţe biologic active, în special la o tulpină de Porphyridium cruentum, care poate fi întrebuinţată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea ficoeretrinei, acizilor graşi polinesaturaţi, în special a celui arahidonic şi ecosapentaenic, polizaharidelor intra- şi extracelulare etc. Tulpina poate fi cultivată în apă de mare şi în medii minerale artificiale, caracterizându-se prin faptul că produce 6 g/l masă celulară absolut uscată şi 2 g/l exopolizaharide, pornind de la un inoculum de 0,5 g/l.Efectul tehnic al invenţiei constă în următoarele:- obţinerea unui nivel înalt de productivitate: 6 g/l masă celulară şi 2 g/l exopolizaharide;- obţinerea unei cantităţi considerabile de substanţe biologic active: proteină - 35%, glicerină - 3-4%, lipide generale - 10%, acid arahidonic - 1,5%, acid ecosapentaenic - 1,6%, glucide intracelulare - 15-20%.Revendicări : 1
