Abstract

Inventia se refera la nanotehnologie, in particular la tehnologia obtinerii nanomaterialelor, si poate fi folosita la obtinerea unor asemenea materiale pentru electrotehnica si energetica, in special pentru fabricarea pieselor care poseda, de exemplu, proprietati electroconductoare, specifice mecanice, magnetice, optice sau anticorozive. Procedeul de obtinere a nanofirelor prin metoda alierii cu scantei electrice consta in aceea ca pe un suport prin aliere cu scantei electrice se aplica un strat de acoperire cu un electrod-instrument, care este executat in forma de solutie solida, ce consta dintr-o matrice refractara, in care este dispersat un material usor fuzibil, dimensiunile caruia in matrice sunt cuprinse in limitele 1…5 Mym, iar energia impulsurilor se stabileste in intervalul 1…5 J. Rezultatul inventiei este simplificarea procedeului de obtinere a nanofirelor.
