Abstract
Inventia se refera la nanotehnologie, in particular la tehnologia obtinerii nanomaterialelor, si poate fi folosita la obtinerea unor asemenea materiale pentru electrotehnica si energetica, in special pentru fabricarea pieselor care poseda, de exemplu, proprietati electroconductoare, specifice mecanice, magnetice, optice sau anticorozive. Procedeul de obtinere a nanofirelor prin metoda alierii cu scantei electrice consta in aceea ca pe un suport prin aliere cu scantei electrice se aplica un strat de acoperire cu un electrod-instrument, care este executat in forma de solutie solida, ce consta dintr-o matrice refractara, in care este dispersat un material usor fuzibil, dimensiunile caruia in matrice sunt cuprinse in limitele 1…5 Mym, iar energia impulsurilor se stabileste in intervalul 1…5 J. Rezultatul inventiei este simplificarea procedeului de obtinere a nanofirelor.The invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular to the technology of obtaining nanomaterials, and can be used to obtain such materials for electrotechnics and energy, in particular for the manufacture of parts having, for example, electroconductive properties, specific mechanical, magnetic, optical or anticorrosive. The process of obtaining the nanowires by the method of alloying with electric spark consists in that on a support by alloying with electrical spark is applied a coating layer with an electrode-instrument, which is executed in the form of a solid solution, which consists of a matrix refractory, in which a slightly fusible material is dispersed, the dimensions of which in the matrix are within the limits of 1 ... 5 Mym, and the energy of the impulses is set in the range of 1 ... 5 J. The result of the invention is the simplification of the process of obtaining the nanowires.
