Abstract

Изобретение относится к преобразователям расхода, в частности к роторным преобразователям и может быть использовано в расходомерах и счетчиках газа и жидкости.Преобразователь состоит из корпуса (3), статора (2) и двух чувствительных элементов-роторов (1) восьмеричной формы, расположенных во взаимоперпендикулярном положении. Положение одного ротора относительно другого обеспечивается синхронизирующими шестернями, которые расположены на валах роторов.На входе в рабочую камеру преобразователя, расположенную в корпусе (3), установлено сужающее устройство (4). Расход и количество среды, проходящей через преобразователь, определяется объемом измерительной камеры (5).Технической задачей изобретения является уменьшение погрешности измерения малых расходов.Поставленная задача решается тем, что профиль рабочих поверхностей роторов (1) определен уравнениями:Уn=аo+а1Х+а2Х2+а3Х3+а4Х4+а5Х5;Ук=вЦс-Х2где: Х, Уn, Ук - координаты точек профиля рабочей поверхности каждого из роторов, aoа1, а2, а3, а4, а5 - коэффициенты уравнения, описывающего боковой участок рабочей поверхности профиля ротора.b, c - коэффициенты уравнения, описывающего торцевой участок рабочей поверхности профиля ротора.Профиль статора (2) определен в соответствии с геометрическими параметрами роторов (1) и состоит из дуг различных радиусов, центры которых находятся на большой оси профиля статора и расположены на расстоянии, равном полусумме большой и малой полуоси ротора.Фигуры: 2
