Abstract
Invenţia se referă la convertoare ale debitului, în particular, la convertoare rotative, şi poate fi utilizată în debitmetre şi contoare de gaz şi lichide.Convertorul constă din corpul 3, statorul 2 şi elementele senzitive - rotoare 1 de forma cifrei opt, ce se află în poziţia reciproc perpendiculară. Poziţia unui rotor faţă de altul se asigură prin roţi dinţate sincronice, ce se află pe axele rotoarelor. La intrarea camerei de lucru se află o instalaţie de constrângere 4. Debitul şi cantitatea substanţei se determină prin volumul camerei de măsurare 5.Scopul invenţiei este micşorată erorii măsurare a debitelor mici.Scopul propus a fost realizat prin faptul că profilul suprafeţelor active ale rotoarelor este determinată prin următoarele ecuaţii:Yn=ao+a1X+a2X2+a3X3+a4X4+a5X5 şiYk=b, în care:X, Yn, Yk sunt coordonatele punctelor profilului suprafeţei active a rotorului;ao, a1, a2, a3, a4, a5 sunt coeficienţii ecuaţiei, ce descrie sectorul dintr-o margine a profilului suprafeţei active a rotorului;b, c sunt coeficienţii ecuaţiei, ce descrie sectorul frontal al profilului suprafeţei active a rotorului.Profilul statorului este stabilit corespunzător de parametrii geometrici ai rotaorelor şi constă din arcuri de circumferinţă de raze diferite, centrele cărora sunt amplasate pe axa mare a profilului statorului şi sunt deplasate unul de la celălalt cu o distanţă egală cu semisuma semiaxei mari şi a celei mici a rotorului.
