Abstract
The invention relates to the synthesis of new chemical compounds-imidazolidine derivatives, namely to the method of preparation of the compounds of general formula:where X - oxigen or imin group, which is represent physiological active compounds.The purpose of invention is the synthesis of the new imidarolidine derivatives making possible to extend the remedies arsenal of the action on the living organism.The method is realized by interaction of the 2-amino-2-cyanpropan with 3-triffluormethyl-4-nitrophenyl ether of isocyanic acid in the presence of tertial amine in the medium of organic solvent, namely tetrahydrofurane. the prepared compound is separated or undergoned hydrolysis in the acid medium.
