Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la oncologie. Metoda de pronosticare a evolutiei clinice a cancerului glandei mamare stadiul I include relevarea urmatorilor indici: tipul de crestere a cancerului (TC), patologie a glandei tiroide (PGT), diametrul tumorii (DT), localizarea acesteia in glanda mamara (LGM), patologii bronhopulmonare (PBP), patologii ale organelor reproductive (POR), tipul tratamentului efectuat (TR), recidive in regiunea cicatricei postoperatorii (RC), patologie hepatica (PH), varsta pacientei (VP), aplicarea chimioterapiei (CT), dupa care, in baza valorilor acestor indici, se calculeaza functia discriminanta (F) conform formulei:F=2,395-2,867 x TC-1,823 x PGT-0,600 x DT+0,490 x LGM-1,221 x PBP-0,781 x POR+0.481 x TR-1,922 x RC-0,691 x PH+0,028 x VP-0,240 x CT,totodata, daca F>0, se pronosticheaza o evolutie clinica favorabila, iar daca F<0, se pronosticheaza o evolutie clinica nefavorabila a cancerului glandei mamare.
