Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la oncologie. Metoda de pronosticare a evolutiei clinice a cancerului glandei mamare stadiul I include relevarea urmatorilor indici: tipul de crestere a cancerului (TC), patologie a glandei tiroide (PGT), diametrul tumorii (DT), localizarea acesteia in glanda mamara (LGM), patologii bronhopulmonare (PBP), patologii ale organelor reproductive (POR), tipul tratamentului efectuat (TR), recidive in regiunea cicatricei postoperatorii (RC), patologie hepatica (PH), varsta pacientei (VP), aplicarea chimioterapiei (CT), dupa care, in baza valorilor acestor indici, se calculeaza functia discriminanta (F) conform formulei:F=2,395-2,867 x TC-1,823 x PGT-0,600 x DT+0,490 x LGM-1,221 x PBP-0,781 x POR+0.481 x TR-1,922 x RC-0,691 x PH+0,028 x VP-0,240 x CT,totodata, daca F>0, se pronosticheaza o evolutie clinica favorabila, iar daca F<0, se pronosticheaza o evolutie clinica nefavorabila a cancerului glandei mamare. The invention relates to medicine, in particular to oncology. The method for predicting the clinical evolution of stage I mammary gland cancer includes the following indices: type of cancer growth (CT), thyroid gland pathology (PGT), tumor diameter (DT), its location in the mammary gland (LGM), pathologies bronchopulmonary disease (PBP), pathology of the reproductive organs (ROP), type of treatment performed (TR), relapses in the postoperative scar region (RC), liver pathology (PH), age of the patient (VP), application of chemotherapy (CT), based on the values of these indices, the discriminant function (F) is calculated according to the formula: F = 2,395-2,867 x TC-1,823 x PGT-0,600 x DT + 0.490 x LGM-1,221 x PBP-0.781 x POR + 0.481 x TR-1,922 x RC-0.691 x PH + 0.028 x VP-0.240 x CT, at the same time, if F> 0, a favorable clinical evolution is predicted, and if F <0, an adverse clinical evolution of the mammary gland cancer is predicted.
