Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oncologie.Metoda de pronosticare a evoluţiei clinice a cancerului glandei mamare stadiul I include relevarea următorilor indici: tipul de creştere a cancerului (TC), patologie a glandei tiroide (PGT), diametrul tumorii (DT), localizarea acesteia în glanda mamară (LGM), patologii bronhopulmonare (PBP), patologii ale organelor reproductive (POR), tipul tratamentului efectuat (TR), recidive în regiunea cicatricei postoperatorii (RC), patologie hepatică (PH), vârsta pacientei (VP), aplicarea chimioterapiei (CT), după care, în baza valorilor acestor indici, se calculează funcţia discriminantă (F) conform formulei:F=2,395-2,867·TC-1,823·PGT-0,600·DT+0,490·LGM-1,221·PBP-0,781·POR+0.481·TR-1,922·RC-0,691·PH+0,028·VP-0,240·CT,totodată, dacă F>0, se pronostichează o evoluţie clinică favorabilă, iar dacă F<0, se pronostichează o evoluţie clinică nefavorabilă a cancerului glandei mamare.
