Inventia se refera la piscicultura, in particular la un procedeu de reproducere a cosasului. Procedeul include plasarea reproducatorilor intr-un bazin si stimularea lor prin reglarea conditiilor mediului in bazin: majorarea temperaturii apei pana la 22…24°C cu 24 de ore pana la inceputul reproducerii, formarea zonei cu turbulente ale fluxului de apa cu o viteza de 0,3…0,5 m/s, efectuarea oscilatiilor periodice ale nivelului apei cu o amplitudine de 0,5…0,6 m, si prin injectarea preparatelor exohormonale in functie de valoarea deplasarii de la centru a nucleului in ovule. La deplasarea de la centru a nucleului cu 60…70% se stimuleaza reproducatorii in prima decada a perioadei de reproducere cu doze normative de preparate exohormonale sau in a doua decada a perioadei de reproducere se stimuleaza femelele cu 50% din doza normativa, iar masculii cu o doza normativa, la deplasarea de la centru a nucleului cu 80…90% se stimuleaza reproducatorii doar in prima decada a perioadei de reproducere cu 15...20% din dozele normative de preparate exohormonale.
