The invention relates to the food industry namely, to the canning field.The process provides for production of the canned fruit purée with sugar and maiz flour, premixed with the water in the ration of 1:8, boiled up to 8-9% of dry substances, by that mixing of the boiled maiz flour with the fruit purée is carried out at 72±2°C. The obtained mixture is homogenized, heated, fieled into the containers, cappered and sterilized.The obtained product is rich of macro- and microelements, easy assimilating carbonhydrates, vitamines, different aminoacids. It may be used at the treatment of stomac-intestine deseases and as prophylactic alimentation for children and adults affected by thge irradiation.
