Abstract
The invention relates to the mechanical engineering and may be used for preparation of dry, semidry, mortar and concrete mixes.The mixer contains a cylindrical body, which is carried by shock-mounting supports, a vibration exciter, charging ports for the mix components and for the liquid and a mix discharging port. In the center of the body there is placed a shaft with mixing members, its ends being carried by bearings, installed in antivibrating collars. The mixing members are made in the form of bars and placed onto the shaft surface in a helical line. The distance between the bars ends and the body inner surface is greater than the maximal dimension of the mixing particles.The result of the invention consists in increasing the action volumetric zone of the mixing members upon the material that leads to the intensification of the process and to the improvement of the mixing quality.
