Abstract

Inventia se refera la prelucrarea prin electrocorodare, in special la procedeele de reglare a spatiului dintre electrozi. Regulatorul electronic al spatiului dintre electrozi pentru prelucrarea prin electrocorodare contine o sursa de curent alternativ (1), la o borna a careia este conectata intrarea unui motor reglator de curent continuu (2), iesirea caruia este conectata la anodul diodei (3), catodul careia este conectat la colectorul tranzistorului (5), si la catodul diodei (4), anodul careia este conectat la colectorul tranzistorului (6). Emitoarele tranzistoarelor (5, 6) sunt conectate la a doua borna a sursei de curent alternativ (1). Bazele tranzistoarelor (5, 6) sunt conectate prin rezistoare (7, 8) la iesirea unui comparator (11), unit cu o sursa de alimentare. Intrarea directa a comparatorului (11) este conectata la punctul mediu al divizorului de tensiune, executat din doua rezistoare (9, 10), celelalte capete ale acestora fiind unite, respectiv, cu bornele pozitiva si negativa ale sursei de alimentare. Intrarea inversa a comparatorului (11) este conectata la borna de reglare a rezistorului variabil (12), conectat paralel la electrozi (13). Rezultatul inventiei consta in sporirea exactitatii reglarii spatiului dintre electrozi si majorarea calitatii de prelucrare a suprafetei pieselor.
