Abstract
The invention relates to medicine and is intended for the prophylaxis of professional stress.According to the method, daily, during the working hours, every 55…60 minutes are performed physical exercises for 5…10 minutes, then are performed breathing exercises with maximal inspiration and expiration for 3…5 min, afterwards it is administered per os a solution containing: 100 ml of non-carbonated water, 15 drops of an aqueous solution containing stabilized oxygen 240000 U/L, a mixture containing a concentrated extract of Rhodiola rosea 100 mg and zinc 5 mg and a mixture containing a complex of phosphatides of soya seeds 1200 mg, including 420 mg of phosphatidylcholine, as well as daily 30 minutes before sleep is administered 100 ml of non-carbonated water, which is diluted with 40…50 ml of balm containing hydroalcoholic tincture from aboveground parts of marjoram, St. John's wort, yarrow, sweet flag calamus rhizomes, leaves of peppermint, licorice root and pine buds, as well as red dessert wine, sugar, caramel, citric acid, vanillin and hydroalcoholic solution, at the same time the course of prophylaxis is 3 months.
